1. Are you a walk-in clinic

Yes, we are a walk-in clinic. We also provide family doctor’s continued services

2. Are you accepting new patients?

We are accepting new patients. We are also open to walk-in patients

3. Is there any female doctor?

We have no female doctor currently. However, we are in the process of getting one or two female doctors soonest

4. Is there any hindi/punjabi speaking doctor?

While our physician does not speak hondi/Punjabi, our medical office assistant speaks hindi/Punjabi and provides excellent interpretation

5. Are you open on weekends?

We are open six days in a week including Saturdays. We intend to include Sundays when our physician numbers increase

6. Is there any doctor doing prenatal care?

We provide complete prenatal care till 20-28 weeks gestation for low-risk pregnancies. During this period, patient will be screened, all necessary tests done, maternity education will be given, and treatments/supplements administered as needed. After this period patients will be transferred to PCN/hospital care till delivery

7. Are you doing driver's medical? If you do how much is this for?

We do drivers medical and other others insurance/ legal documentary services. WE have discounted driver’s medical fees for seniors

8. How many sessions does a facial treatment take?

Different facial conditions require different treatment modalities. The number of sessions depends on these key factors, ie, type of skin problem and treatment type. The nature of skin problems and number of sessions are part of the discussions we undertake at your first free consultation. It is always the best idea to have a physical initial assessment where all concerns are discussed, and treatment plans worked out.
However, the following are estimates of the number of sessions for a few skin conditions.
Laser hair removal: 6 to 8 sessions
Laser Genesis: 4 to 6 sessions
2 D facials: 4 to 6 treatments
Photofacial: 4 to 6 treatments

9. Is there a recovery period at home or do I need to take off from work?

These are office-based procedures that do not need recovery time at home or booking off sick. A client can come for a procedure from work and go back to work after a session

10. Do you do botox, feelers, wrinkles, redness, melasma

We provide services for botox, wrinkles, age spots, navus, vascular markings, feelers, etc.
We are also developing special injectable therapy for melasma which is proving to be the most effective compared to current conventional services

11. How much are the costs?

The fees vary according to the skin condition and services provided. Procedure fees range from $25 per session of hair removal. There are procedure packages which are very much discounted. Clients who refer another client gets a referral bonus of up to $40 or a free procedure There is also a further 10% discount for our aesthetic packages.

12. What are the business days and hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 10am to 5pm However, our business hours are flexible to accommodate pressing circumstances. Early appointments, after hour schedules and weekend arrangements can be accommodated on special circumstances.
